Annette & Steve Siwy
Annette and Steve are the owners and founders of Siwy Real Estate, a local brokerage proudly based in the heart of Elburn. With deep family roots in the community, Elburn holds a special place in our hearts — and we’re passionate about giving back in meaningful ways. From serving on the youth baseball and softball boards to volunteering with the Lions Club, participating in the Elburn Chamber, and helping organize the annual Christmas Stroll, we’re honored to be an active part of this incredible community we call home.
Our brokerage has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate. We pride ourselves on service and client education and communication. We specialize in First Responders and Community Servants, as that is what we are as well.
